In-Home Newborn Wellness Check:

Our qualified nurse will evaluate your baby’s growth, weight, and feeding patterns using professional medical equipment, and examine the umbilical cord and skin tone for signs of jaundice. We’re also here to answer any questions you may have. Please be aware, for locations off the island, additional travel charges may apply.

Telehealth Consultation

Centas Med’s Telehealth nursing service provides a 15-minute virtual consultation aimed at addressing parental questions about newborn and child health. It’s an information platform, not a substitute for a doctor’s visit, where parents can seek simple, clarified knowledge to make informed decisions about their child’s health

$50 fee for a 15 minute consultation with a Centas Med Pediatric nurse,. 

Child Vaccination Program

Stay up to date with your childs vaccinations. We follow the schedule outlined in the Protocole d’Immunisation du Québec (PIQ). Please contact us if you wish to follow an alternative schedule for your child. Our detailed receipts can be used to submit to your private insurance.

  4. Nurse will arrive at your home to administer the vaccinations and answer any questions you may have

**Please prepare your childs vaccination booklet. If you do not have one, we can supply individual vaccination record sheets.

What is the cost?

$90 For nurse visit (+ $75 Off Island Montreal) *Fees for each vaccination will be sent by quote for your approval. Most private health insurance will cover the cost of the vaccinations.

The Québec Immunization Program aims to improve the population’s health by scheduling vaccines . These vaccines protect against specific diseases.

Several vaccines must be administered during childhood. To best protect your child, do not omit any vaccines and have them administered at the recommended ages. Children must receive their first vaccines at 2 months of age in order to be protected as soon as possible.
