- A Doctor requisition / prescription is required for all blood tests
- Most private health insurance plans will fully cover the cost of your test
- Patient must be 18 years+
How do I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment is quick and easy. Upload your doctor’s requisition, and a team member will provide you with a quote and will be able to answer any questions you may have.

STEP 2 – CentasMed admin will review and verify the requistion
STEP 3 – A quote will be sent to you
Our pricing:
Minimum charge of $200 for up to 5 blood analysis requested
+ $35 for each blood additional analysis (Above 5 blood analysis requested)
+ $75 Urinalysis
+ $75 FIT / RSOSI / Stool

Our certified partner labs can quickly process over 300 different screenings and assays in order to provide a comprehensive health assessment.
How do I get my results?
Results which will be uploaded to your Centas portal and sent directly to your doctor, giving you the peace of mind in knowing exactly when to contact your doctor for the next steps.
What is the cost?
Cost depends what tests are needed. After you upload your doctor requistion into our system, a Centas Admin will review your file and email you a quote. If you do not agree to the price, your appointment will be canceled at no charge. If you do agree, full payment will be taken at the time of yor appointment.
*A $50 late cancelation fee will be charged if an appointment is canceled inside 24hours of the scheduled appointment.
